"It worked OK on MY PC!" is a rather pathetic excuse to the irate Users as your shiny new application falls flat on it's face, together with making all their existing Microsoft Access application shortcuts inoperative and producing a disquieting slight smell of burning rubber. Deployment is as important as Development. Ensure that you allow adequate time and budget to address this art - more like Alchemy than Engineering.
