The Blue Angels are over San Francisco today. I can hear 'em from my desk, and very occasionally I can see 'em too. The angle is bad, and besidesthey're going kind of fast, but I *thought* I saw a large rabbit up there.Paul, it's Thursday - do you know where H is?

I get the digest, so perhaps this comes too late to save face , but I wanted to have a shot at redeeming us ageing/retired dancers in San LuisObispo, CA whoparticipated in Paul's Border workshop on Oct. 7. Here's what _really_ happened ;-):
For those of you who see the video Paul took, pls. understand we hadactually gotten through the dance twice-it wasn't pretty, but we had doneit. As Paul began to film, a tremendous sloshing came from the pool justoutside the door. We kept dancing. A stench filled the room. Glaringaccusingly ateach other, we kept dancing. Suddenly a huge rabbit, clad only in acamouflagethong and soaking wet burst into the room. Moaning in a piteous voice"Cwrw, cwwrrwww!" he staggered into the midst of the dance, scattering dancersleft and right as he searched for we knew not what. As we milled about(Barleycorn Country Dancers tm move), Paul continued to film. The rabbitfinally managed to crawl out of the center of the dance, trampling bodiesas he made his way to the refrigerator, opened it and grabbed a six packof beer.Flopping onto a couch he proceeded to drain the contents in under aminute, belched once, farted twice, and passed out, muttering somethingabout "Julie James is a real redhead, but the Jack Daniels......mmmppphhhhfffff." The dancers never recovered.
And now you know the rest of the story, never mind what anyone else mightsay. On the other hand, it might havebeen just a figment of all the beer consumed that evening.....
Seriously-The evening was too much fun, and far too short. Kudos to Debbie Brutonforbringing Paul to us. Speaking personally, it was great to have a chance torenew acquaintance with the man who introduced me to the 5 hour drinkinglunch while I was in London a few years ago. Thanks Paul, for the drinkingand the dancing!
